Had a pretty bad experience. It took over 2 hours for doing the rear windows and read windshield in a sedan. I called and they quoted me 35 minutes. They originally put carbon and then corrected it to ceramic, which I ordered. I gave an extra star because they corrected the issue. They left various bits of trash in the car including a razor blade in my daughters car seat. I called them to let them know and they're like, "oh". I texted and they apologized over text. This honestly seems to unprofessional to me. Communication was pretty bad. There was only 1 person working when I went in and it was hard to get any questions answered. The tint itself is kind of meh. There are some bubbles around the corners. I asked about this and I can bring the car in. I'm going to live with it because I don't really want trash left in the car again and would rather not take out car seats. I don't want to bring my car back. I had a lot of time in the waiting room, so ended up doing research on the tint itself. It's "United Window Tint Film" which you can find on Amazon. From what I was able to figure out, I believe this is the same quality level as TintX (Lexen). It's on the lower end of the tints. You can do your own research and look up other brands like Llumar, 3M and XPEL. I paid $300. I called a few other shops and this seemed like the cheapest price. I brought my Tesla here for tinting, including the roof. The staff seemed hesitant about doing the roof, but I trusted them to get it done. The job took around five hours, and they offered a cash discount, which I appreciated at the time. However, several quality issues quickly became clear. During the initial inspection on Sunday, I noticed bubbles in one of the front door windows. The technician acknowledged it and fixed it—but only after I pointed it out. No one did a quality check on their own before handing the car back to me. That was the first red flag. They also told me not to roll down the windows for two days so the tint could set. I followed those instructions, but when I rolled down one of the windows on the third day, I heard a crackling noise. There were also visible spots along the inner window edges—likely from the solution they used. I had been told these would dry out, but they didn't go away. Communication was difficult throughout the process. Only one staff member could clearly explain things. When I returned to the shop to raise my concerns, a man who introduced himself as the owner (who hadn’t been present on Sunday) handled the situation. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issues with professionalism, he was dismissive and defensive. I asked how long it would take to fix the problem, and he refused to give a clear answer. There was no apology or ownership of the poor work. He made a quick adjustment, but the sound persisted. When I mentioned it, he insisted nothing was wrong. I suggested the window felt loose, and his tone became increasingly defensive. He began speaking in a way that felt like character assassination—implying I was making things up or being unreasonable in front of the other staff. That was embarrassing and upsetting. At that point, I did get visibly upset and told them I wanted to leave. I didn’t feel welcome or respected, and some staff even laughed during the situation, which made it worse. Eventually, one employee stepped in to calm the owner down, and I was able to leave. Additionally, tint fragments were left inside the vehicle, which I had to clean up myself, and the shop’s restroom was in very poor condition. These details may seem small, but they reflect a lack of attention to overall quality and customer care. In the end, the experience was deeply disappointing—from the actual tint job to the way I was treated when I brought up valid concerns.
